MORE DETAILS & FACILITIES:
Stoney Brow House is set in 3 acres of garden and woodland. It has 3 twin bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 master bedroom, which includes a 4-poster bed and 2 singles, plus there is a sofa bed in the lounge. Altogether the house sleeps 16, including the sofa bed. There is a 35 foot lounge with log fire and a fully equipped kitchen with double cooker/BBQ. A washing machine and tumble drier are also available to use. There are two bathrooms in the property, both with an electric shower.
Beds are made on arrival. Tea towels and swimming towels only are provided. There is no internet connection in the house.
There is a swimming pool ajoined to the house. Guests are asked to observe the notices on arrival. A games room is attached to the house and includes a coin operated pool table, computer games, darts and table football.
PRICES AND CHARGES:
A 10% deposit is required 4 weeks prior to arrival (refundable after your stay). The house price for a week is £1200. Minimum stay 3 nights, which is charged at £700. The only extra charge is for the coin-operated machines in the games room.

TRANSPORT:
Stoney Brow House is half a mile from the Metro station to take you into Halifax. Trains are available to take you into Leeds and Bradford.
There is ample parking for 4 or 5 cars to the front of the property and 5 cars to the rear of the house.
Approx. night rate taxi fare back from the Victoria Theatre is £5-7.
Local amenities:
Sainsbury`s is the nearest supermarket. The Cross-Keys pub is at the bottom of the hill. Shears Inn pub has good food and is down the hill, across the road and down to the bottom of the next hill. The house is close to Halifax town, with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs.
